1. Is ordering online safe?
When you order a magazine online at magazinemedia.com, you can be certain that no one else
will have access to the information you provide. Secure server technology encrypts your
order to prevent anyone else from reading it as the information travels from your computer
to the credit card vendors computer. We do not store that information on our computers. We
do it that way in order to insure your privacy and security. Ordering online through us is
more secure than ordering magazines any other way and safer than handing your
credit card to a waiter at a restaurant or reading it aloud over a cordless phone.
However, if you are still nervous about online security you can always place your order by calling 800-529-8541 (or 718-343-4312 if you live in New York City). You could also fax your order. If you choose to call or fax us, we need to know which
credit card company you are using, the exact name that appears on the credit card, and the
current expiration date listed on the card. All these details are repeated in the e-mail
confirmation of the sale that you will receive. We also have provided you with one other
option. You can simply place your order at our Web site and the e-mail confirmation which
comes in the format of an invoice will include instructions on how you can pay by mailing
us a check.

2. When will I receive my first issue?
We process your order immediately after payment and it generally takes between 9-12 weeks
for your subscription to start. This time frame is a general industry standard. The
primary reason is that publishers print the address labels up to 2 issues in advance and
it takes a few weeks to be processed in their computer systems. Our experience indicates
that most subscriptions start within 9-10 weeks. If you buy a gift, we send out a gift
card notifying the recipient to expect the magazine. We also provide them with
instructions on how to contact us should the magazine not arrive in the previously
mentioned time-frame.

3. If you don't carry my favorite magazine, what can I do?
In order to sell a magazine on magazinemedia.com, we need to receive authorization from the
publisher. We are currently authorized to sell more than 700 magazines, and we add more
titles all the time. This should ensure a wide variety of publications from which you may
choose, but if you'd like to suggest a magazine for us to carry, please contact us at service@magazinemedia.com. We welcome your
suggestions.

4. Can I order back issues of magazines through your site?
At this time, we are unable to sell individual copies of specific magazines or articles,
although we hope to add this service in the near future. In the meantime, we would be
happy to help you locate publisher information that will allow you to contact the magazine
directly.

6. Can I pay by check for my subscription?
There are several ways to subscribe to your favorite magazines: either directly from our
Web site at http://www.magazinemedia.com, via
telephone, or via fax, at 800-529-8541. The easiest and fastest way,
however, is to use our Web site so that your information is immediately entered into our
database. This will expedite our processing of your order. You will be able to pay by using your credit card or by way of
"electronic checking". We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We track all
orders via their invoice number so make sure you keep that number. You will receive a
response as soon as we complete the processing of the order.

7. What should I do if my browser acts funny or gets stuck while
placing an order?
If you do not receive a confirmation after completing your order then there was most
probably an error when placing the order. Since we use the services of a secure server,
sometimes (because of corporate firewalls, etc.) people are unable to complete an order
online. If you think this has happened to you e-mail us at service@magazinemedia.com and we'll contact you
with instructions. You can also call us, or fax us, at 800-529-8541 and
we'll complete the order. On the final invoice we will reimburse you for the call.

9. What if I move? Can you help me?
As a service to our customers, we will be glad to change all your subscriptions to your
new address! Simply send an e-mail to us at service@magazinemedia.com,
phone or fax us at 800-529-8541, or write to us.
Provide us with the name and expiration date of the magazine subscription you would
like us to change. Provide us with the name and full address exactly as it appears
on your current mailing label. Then give us the new address and we will pass it on to the
publisher for you. A word of caution, if you want to avoid interruption of service, then
please provide this information at least 8 to 9 weeks before you relocate.
Note: Please submit separate information for each magazine. For a
publisher to locate the proper subscription to change, the information must match exactly
what appears on your mailing label. Remember computers are "dumb"!! They can
only identify what they actually "see"; they cannot interpret!! Read the
mailing label very carefully!!

10. What happens if I find a lower price on the Web?
When you order a magazine through magazinemedia.com, you'll pay the lowest authorized price
available. We work with hundreds of publishers to bring you the deepest possible discount
on every subscription. Ordering through us can save you up to 80% off the cover price of
your favorite magazines. We're sure you won't find lower offers anywhere on the Net. If
you think you have, there is a good chance that it's not an authorized offer, so please

12. What else should I know about your guarantee policy?
Magazine Media is a "total quality" service company; we provide for you, the
customer. We work with hundreds of publishers to bring you the lowest price available on
the Internet. Selling a subscription online requires the authorization of the publisher.
The publisher must also authorize the price. Since we can only be responsible for
authorized prices, this guarantee does not apply to unauthorized or out-of-date offers
that are not currently authorized by the publisher. Our guarantee is based on the
per-issue price offered as part of a subscription inclusive of the value of any premiums
offered with that subscription.
We want to encourage good, honest business practices on the Internet. If you do find a
lower per-issue subscription price, please bring it to our attention by dropping us an
e-mail at service@magazinemedia.com. We will
investigate. Chances are it is not an authorized price, and the agent is operating without
the knowledge of the publisher. If your tip helps us discover and remove an unauthorized
offer on the Internet and you are the first to bring the unauthorized offer to our
attention, you'll receive a gift subscription of your choice. (Limit: one gift

If you purchase a subscription through our service and discover a legitimate,

Magazine Media is an internet based sales agent of one of the largest magazine subscription
services in the country. It is fully incorporated in the State of New York, and has as its
C.E.O. a retired Federal Executive who has spent many years in the Criminal Justice arena

Our goal is to provide you, the general reading public, with a minimally expensive way
to satisfy your desire to keep informed by utilizing the many wonderful publications that
exist. We do not feel it is our role to provide censorship over what you read and we,
